As a licensed HeartMath® Coach, Machel incorporates evidence based HeartMath® techniques and technologies with Equine Assisted Learning activities in her transformational resilience coaching process, including Breakthrough and Co-active Coaching. Individuals and groups develop coherence skills which allow greater resilience and conscious access to heart intelligence. When heart intelligence guides the mind for authentic solutions to personal and organizational challenges, flow occurs. When heart intelligence guides the mind, a life manifest in what you choose can occur. Live life in wholeness.

The power of the horse
The Reflect Reimagine horses meet you where you are through matching and mirroring your energetics and body language. These Spanish horses are Columbian Paso Finos known for their emotional sensitivity which supports immediate feedback in their interactions with you. They have been participating in equine assisted learning activities for over a decade. They love what they do. They love people.
